The North
Section of Junior High Wrestling has been in place since 1994. The Nor Cal Jr. High Wrestling Section is currently set up
as four leagues (North, South, East & West), which come together for a Section Tournament at the end of the season.
The top four wrestlers from each league qualify for the Section Tournament.
Team scores are kept, with top teams and individuals being recognized at the end of the tournament. The top three wrestlers
from our section qualify for the "Tournament of Champions", which is the equivalent of a Junior High State Championship
that consists of wrestlers from Bakersfield to the Oregon border.
